A Mother's Reflection

Can it really be true that the little baby I once healed went off to her senior year of high school today? Last night we ordered senior photos and now this. A week of reflection on my part being the primary care giver of this child. God has been so gracious, kind, loving, protective and gentle with Amanda. She makes me so proud to call her mine.
Good luck Amanda as you enter in a new high school, your senior year, and I'm sure a year of surprises and excitement.

I am so very proud of Grant and were he is today. He brings our family so much laughter and strength. He continues to grow in the Lord and that is exciting as a parent to see. And the little things mean so much like sitting with me during both church meetings last Sunday so I wouldn't be alone(dad home sick). Sweet boy.
I can't imagine life without him and we have completely enjoyed these last 15 years with him.

Coupon clippin'

Well, here it is my first attempt to coupon clip and ad sale shopping.

I came home completely exhausted and thought I am NEVER doing this again. But, like having a baby you forget the pain and do it all over again :) I spent about 150.00 and this lasted us about 2 weeks so I was happy for the first trip. In our family it is like feeding 4 adults and 2 kids. So now I am starting to get a little better handle on things and enjoy the exercise with it.
